Baptism
Baptism welcomes people into the church. For infants it involves a short preparation course for parents.
Baptisms are normally held either as part of Sunday Mass or as a family celebration on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
Communion
Preparation for reception of First Holy Communion is usually run concurrently with preparation for First Sacrament of Reconciliation
Reconciliation
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is celebrated in the church every Friday 9.30 am before Mass. Please contact Fr Hugh by phone for details during the COVID-19 shutdown
If you are new to the Catholic Church or are the parent of a child in Year 3, please approach Fr Hugh, Deacon Paul or Sr Patricia or arrange enrolment to the preparation classes
Confirmation
The preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation is usually started in Year 10. Parents should approach one of the Parish team for further details. We celebrated several parishioners receiving this sacrament in Autumn/Winter 2021 and look forward to celebrating again in late 2022.
Marriage
Please contact one of our clergy to meet to discuss the processes for preparing for this sacrament in Corpus Christi Parish.
Ordination
If you feel God is calling you to serving Him in Religious Orders, Diaconate or Priesthood, please contact one of our Parish clergy.
